This activity starts at a Surf Club house where our team welcomes you, gives you the equipment and explains the basics of surfing or SUP. Then the group decides according to their priority what activity they want to do.

First the theoretical part is on the beach and then the practical part is in the water, in the case of surf on the ocean side in the case of SUP lesson on the side of the Ria Formosa river. The SUP class consists of the basics of riding on SUP board and it´s followed by the little trip.

After the lesson, the clients will move to the restaurant ELEMENTOS for lunch or dinner depending on the time of the event. The restaurant serves typical seafood with beautiful views of Rio Formosa.

The lesson is about 2 hours long. The whole activity is for the whole morning or afternoon
The activity is suitable for everyone and for families with children.

The price includes instructor, meal, non alcohol drink and coffee, equipment.
